What is LBA?

LBA (location-based advertising) is advertising based on knowing the precise location of a user. LBA is the new dawn of Internet and mobile advertising that enables sending information about local businesses, special offers, coupons, etc. and services to target customers within the geographic interest zone of each specific business.

The hot advantage of displaying ads on mobile devices is ad delivery directly to the customer and focused using his preferences and location; no more paying for ads of no interest to that customer or for those who are miles away.

For example, a smartphone user walking past a restaurant can take a look at the menu, find out the hours of operation or receive a coupon, while a car repair service can display its info on navigators of cars on the nearest roads and highways.

There is a large range of mobile devices, including modern PDAs, smartphones, in-car navigators, etc.

POIdo has all the advantages of normal LBA, but also allows you to decide where to place ads on a city map, set the range (distance) of the display depending on the price per user action and change all parameters while watching actions of competitors in real-time.
